Snuggled in a peaceful cobbled courtyard the property belongs to the so-called vaulted houses, a building type that is widespread in Crete. The twin bedroom sits on the ground floor with a window flaunting views across the cobbled courtyard filled with green and pool terrace. Αcross the bedroom sits a family bathroom with a shower. The former stable has been skillfully incorporated in the main building. This gave the unique opportunity to create a mezzanine double bedroom while the space under it, is occupied by an ensuite bathroom with shower and a private wardrobe. Outside Enclosed by garden, the verdant setting of Muazzo Creta Stone House is an invitation to immerse yourself in nature. The walled courtyard plays host to a mix of chalky hues and soft planting - a dream arena for sunshine reclining. The security deposit should also be paid in cash at your arrival, directly to the owner of the villa. Practicalities There is parking space for two cars. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso machine & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Sandwich Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Smoke detector, Fire extinguisher, open plan fully equipped kitchen! Fitness equipment (dumbbells and abs machine) available upon request.
