The 150 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six people. You also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and air conditioning in the main bedroom. Upon request and prior notice, the host can provide a high chair and a cot. Other things to note This property is not recommended for children under two years old. Room layout: On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, pool and terrace, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a spacious terrace and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, you will find a well-kept garden, a covered terrace, a sun terrace with loungers, an outdoor shower, and a heated pool (7 x 5 m); pool heating is optional and available for an extra fee. Enjoy views of the volcanoes and relax in the outdoor seating area. Less than 100 m from the property, there is an award-winning restaurant as well as luxury facilities with a massage lounge, spa, and gourmet shop, where you can purchase unique bakery products and order breakfast. The promenade is just 50 m away. The property offers private outdoor parking for two vehicles. Restaurants and supermarkets are 500 m away (2 minutes by car). Pets are not allowed.
