The space - 3 bedrooms (1 master and 2 adjoining bedrooms) which can sleep 8 guests - 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet - Lounge room with air conditioning, large TV with DVD player and a selection of games/DVDs - Dining room with 6 seater table, which could be extended to seat 8 - Large kitchen including a fridge/freezer, electric oven and cooktop, microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of cookware, crockery and cutlery - Outdoor space including undercover dining table and BBQ, and a fish cleaning station - Laundry with washing machine, large clothes line in backyard The backyard is fully enclosed with a gate, perfect for keeping dogs and children safe. Also allows for up to 4 cars to be parked securely.
