For groups it is possible to rent at the same time the Ayia Napa Bay View Villa which is located just next depending on availability Uniquely located on top of Phanos Hill, some 300m. above sea level, which lies equidistantly between Ayia Napa and Protaras, the property enjoys a constant sea breeze and significantly lower humidity levels making the location of the villa a cool oasis in the summer heat. Due to the remote location of the villa atop of the hill, access to the property is possible only with a car or other motorized vehicle. Note that you will pass through about 1km of dirt road inside Cape Greco National Parc in order to get to the property. !! THE ONLY ROAD to reach the villa is from Ayia Napa side: DON'T follow the GPS ! Taxi should not be considered on daily basis either. ! No pub/restaurant/beach at walking distance. The property offers many facilities > Key exterior features: large private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m – start 1m till 1.40m), covered terrace with sea view, spacious grass lawn area in the garden, kiosk with eating table, garden furniture (chairs, sun beds and lounge), kitchen with a traditional Cypriot oven and a built barbecue, covered bathroom with toilets, sink and shower and covered parking for 1 car. GOOD TO KNOW if you have - 21 years old you can't rent a car in Cyprus (they are very strict on it). So you will need to take a taxi from the airport (day time from Larnaca around 70 euros/way) and then rent a quad for your holidays as it is NEEDED to access the villa.
