The space The accommodation is located in Viale Belfiore, very close to P.ta al Prato, on the fifth floor of an elegant building with a lift and the possibility of a private lock up garage. Fifty-three square metres of floor space, with air conditioning and central heating, it also has a convenient balcony area of around 7 m2 in size. Guest access BEDROOMS It offers guests two bedrooms with double beds and the possibility of a single sofa bed for a child in the living area. Elegantly furnished, cosy, relaxing and practical: each bedroom has a bathroom with an enclosed shower, hair dryer, courtesy kit, towel set, air conditioning, TV and safes, one of which can contain a laptop. LIVING ROOM and COMMON SPACES The living area has a single sofa bed, a smart TV and a glass table. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
