House in the center of Guethary, swimming pool, ocean access on foot

Our house is located a few minutes' walk from the city center of Guethary and Parlementia beach. This 140 m2 house is completely renovated with a style of its own on a 1500 m2 plot. Everything has been done to make your vacation the best! The house is intended for a maximum of 8 adults and 5 children. Please contact us! Heated pool (15 m x 3 m), sauna, pizza oven, fireplace, outdoor shower and several parking spaces available. Accommodation not accessible to PRM The space 2 NIGHT RENTAL POSSIBILITY: Price on request Our home is unique because of its location, which is in a privileged residential area, and because of its decoration. Indeed, a warm and friendly atmosphere emanates from this house. We wanted each room to have its own theme and to offer a different decoration while having a common thread in the house, which is wood. THE BEDROOMS: There are 4 traditional bedrooms with double beds and a dormitory bedroom with a large double bed and 3 single beds. The double beds are 160 x 200 cm. (LUXURY hotel bedding). Every room has closets as well as its own TV. 3 bathrooms (2 with showers and one with shower and bathtub) as well as 4 toilets. An additional bathroom is available for the sauna in the pool house. THE BONUSES: We have a washing machine, dryer and 2 dishwashers! As well as a fireplace for long winter evenings. PARKING: can accommodate 6 cars. OUTSIDE: Two large terraces with a pizza oven, outdoor shower, as well as outdoor benches for a nap or aperitif!!! Swimming pool: Please note that the pool is heated from May to early November. However, at the beginning and end of the season (mid-April to mid-June, and end of September to beginning of November), the pool will not be able to reach too high temperatures (+/- 21 degrees), since these also depend on the external climatic conditions. We do our best to heat these large volumes of water (15 m x 3 m) and thank you for your understanding. The pool is heated from May to October. Outside of these periods under weather conditions, possibility to start the heated pool for a flat rate of €150 per week.
