House in the center of Guethary, swimming pool, ocean access on foot

Our house is located a few minutes walk from downtown Guethary and Parlementia beach. This 140m2 house completely renovated with a style of its own on a 1500m2 lot. Everything has been done to make your vacation the most! The house is designed for a maximum of 8 adults and 5 children. Thanks for reaching out! Heated pool (15m x 3m), sauna, pizza oven, outdoor shower and several parking spaces available. Housing not accessible PMR The space RENTAL POSSIBILITY 2 NIGHTS: Price on request Our home is unique because of its location which is in a privileged residential area and from its decor. Indeed, a warm and friendly atmosphere emanates from this house. We wanted each room to have its own theme and that it offers a different decoration while having a common thread in the house which is the wood. ROOMS: There are 4 traditional bedrooms with double beds and a dormitory room with a large double bed and 3 single beds. The double beds are 160*200. (LUXURY hotel bedding). Each room has closets as well as its own TV. 3 bathrooms (2 with showers and one with shower and bathtub) as well as 4 powder rooms. An additional bathroom is available for the sauna in the pool house. HIGHLIGHTS: We have washing machine, dryer and 2 dishwashers! As well as a fireplace for long winter evenings. PARKING: can accommodate 6 cars. Outdoor: Two large terraces with a pizza oven, outdoor shower, as well as outdoor seating for siesta or aperitif!!! Pool: Please keep in mind that the pool is heated from May to early November. However, at the beginning and end of the season (mid-April to mid-June, and late September to early November), the pool will not be able to reach temperatures that are too high (+/- 21 degrees), since these also depend on external climatic conditions. We do our best to heat these large volumes of water (15m x 3m) and thank you for your understanding. The heated pool from May to October. Outside of these periods under weather conditions, possibility to turn on the heated pool for a flat rate of 150€ per week.
