The space 80-square-meter apartment (Santa Maria Navarrese), 20 meters from the sandy beach of Tancau. Consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with single beds with the possibility of transforming into a second double bed, a full bathroom, shower, bidet, toilet and sink, a kitchenette with everything you need, a living room complete with table, chairs, sofa and TV. Outside you will find a veranda surrounded by greenery furnished for lunch or relaxation, you could decide to take a dip in the crystal clear waters whenever you want, a few steps to access the beach. The parking space is located on the land in front of the apartment, fenced and closed by a sliding gate that must always remain closed, also shared with the Casetta di Ale.
