It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a sofa bed convertible into a double or two single beds, all equipped with a smart TV. There are two full bathrooms, one suite type with shower inside the double bedroom and the other with bathtub for the other two bedrooms. Both are equipped with towels, gel and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to provide a stay as comfortable as possible; Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Baby supplies are available for an additional fee. Includes a Babyjorn travel crib with mattress and duvet, Stokke folding bathtub, high chair with Ikea tray and potty or reducer. All for €20 per stay. The pet supplement includes a blanket or bed for the animal as well as a feeder. Minimum of 7 nights during the months of July and August, with check-in on Saturdays. For immediate bookings, with same-day check-in, a €70 fee will be charged. Guest access The apartment has a large parking space for guests in the same building and with a direct elevator to the parking lot without having to go outside. The community has a common area with swings and a swimming pool and 24-hour security guards. Other things to note The municipal tax (€2.50 per night per person), which is payable in cash upon arrival, is not included in the price.
