The ideal apartment to enjoy a few days in Playa de Aro All new, with a communal area and swimming pool, super central and 5 minutes from the beach. ** July and August months, whole week bookings from Saturday to Saturday.** The space You will enjoy a spacious and bright living room, equipped with 55"smart TV, with double window that leads to a balcony overlooking the community area and facing the sea. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and another with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double or twin beds, all equipped with smart TV. There are two full bathrooms, one suite type with shower inside the double bedroom and the other with bathtub for the other two bedrooms. Areas equipped with towels, gel and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the osticals needed to provide a stay as comfortable as possible; Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, juicer, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Baby supplies are available for an additional fee. Includes babyjorn travel crib with mattress and Nordic bag, stokke folding bathtub, high chair with ikea tray and potty or reducer. All for €20 per stay. The pet fee includes a blanket or bed for the animal as well as a feeder. Minimum of 7 nights during the months of July and August, with entry on Saturdays. For immediate reservations, with entry on the same day, a commission of €70 will be charged. Guest access The apartment has a large parking space for guests in the building and with a direct elevator to the parking lot without having to go outside. The community has a community area with swings and a swimming pool and 24-hour security guards. Other things to note It is not included in the price, the amount of the municipal rate that will be effective on arrival (€1.20 per night and person). Brand new apartment. August 2020.
