Beautiful chalet, completely renovated, located 2 steps from the Prarion cable car, the ESF, Lake Chavants (ESF snow garden, cross country skiing, tennis court and climbing rock in summer) and shops in the Prarion sector. Friendly restaurants nearby. Breathtaking view and cozy après-ski! Great for a ski-in, ski-out stay in winter and hiking boots in summer! NOTE: cleaning (mandatory) is extra (€250). The space This accommodation is unique because of its proximity to the Prarion cable car, the main lift to the Les Houches ski area, the ski school, Lac des Chavants and the snow garden. Many hikes are accessible from the chalet or the top of the cable car in summer (by mountain bike as well). Completely renovated, it is very comfortable for 14 people, and very well equipped for friendly evenings: raclette, fondue... Bonzini foosball... ping pong table... trampoline... barbecue... sauna. It is also very well equipped for children, including young children (protective barriers on the stairs - a high chair - sleds - board games...). Guest access The chalet is easily accessible by car. From the A40 (Blanche highway), follow the R.N. 205 towards Chamonix, pass the Chavants tunnel and exit at "Bellevue / Prarion". Turn right towards Prarion, pass the roundabout (at the foot of the Prarion cable car) and continue straight on the Route des Chavants to No. 48, the chalet is located at the end of the cul-de-sac, first right very quickly after the roundabout. There are three private parking spaces in front of the chalet. Other things to note The cleaning (mandatory) is to be paid upon arrival, please plan to pay €250.
