In addition to our regular cleaning routine, we use an enhanced cleaning protocol. Laze around in our luxurious flat and patio located in a residential and calm area next to the Basílica and Estrela’s delightful garden. You’ll feel at home right in the heart of Lisboa, a few steps away from living the life of a local. The space Perfect for a getaway, this spacious apartment offers both the charm of an authentic Lisbon building and the comfort provided by its modern setting. Your charming flat is on the upper ground floor of a two-storey familial edifice built at the beginning of the XXth century. The apartment has been restored in 2014 with taste, it is both functional and cosy: a delicate mix of a traditional and contemporary touch. The 140 m2 flat has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom — the Bird room has an en-suite-bathroom, the Kapok and Coretto bedrooms have access to a common bathroom. Clean towels and bed linens are provided as well as free-toileteries. An open plan kitchen stretches out on the sitting and dining room, allowing you to enjoy a nice meal at home with your family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (microwave, oven, fridge, dish-washer, washing machine, expresso machine, toaster and kettle) and cookware for 6 guests. A flat-screen TV (LCD technology) full HD 48'' with more than a hundred channels and free high-speed WiFi (fibre optics) is available in the flat. The highlight of your flat is the 60 m2 patio to which you have the full and exclusive access, ideal for the children to play outside or for you to sunbathe and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Guest access The flat and its patio is completely yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note As only registered guests included in the booking can stay at the apartment, kindly note that there is a fee per additional person staying at the apartment of 40€/day/guest. Infants (children under 2) are welcome, however for security reasons we have a fixed maximum of 3 infants per booking. The apartment is not baby-proof, therefore we emphasise that infants and children should be under constant supervision. Please let us know if they will be included in your visit. We provide upon specific request 1 baby set (including a bed suitable for infants, a baby-high chair, bedlinen, and baby towels) for an additional cost of 10€/day. Registration Details 61268/AL
