Stingray Beachhouse is a large 5 bedroom house, 50 metres from the clear water at beautiful Emu Point. It is the perfect location for that ultimate beachside getaway. At Stingray you can fully relax. The house has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and two good sized living areas, one of which includes an open plan kitchen/dining area. The house is fully furnished with comfortable stylish furniture. Linen is provided. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Smeg oven. The space Wake to the sound of gentle waves lapping the shore, walk along the white sand to stunning Middleton Beach, stroll around the point to the boat harbour, swim, fish, birdwatch, have coffee or lunch at the local café and finish the day relaxing on the large front verandah with your favourite drink with friends and family. Sound relaxing? Leave the car idle for a few days. Emu Point, one of Australia's most beautiful coastal locations, is surrounded on three sides by water. It has large expanses of grass and peppermint trees which generate an atmosphere of peace and serenity, and enable one to truly relax. Emu Point is home to several of Albany's safest swimming beaches, providing ideal swimming conditions for children and non-swimmers, as well as the seasoned water babies. Like fishing? This is an ideal spot with many excellent fishing locations, popular with both locals and tourists. The coastal heath is home to a wide variety of native birds so enjoy a morning or evening stroll observing the birds. Tennis, lawn bowls and golf facilities are within easy waking distance, a cycleway going all the way to town passes the front door. The harbour is an ideal and safe canoeing spot, Vacswim swimming lessons for children are held at one of the beaches. No need for a car, except for the weekly foodshop or to go further afield and explore Albany's surrounding areas. You will never want to leave. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house. It is your space. Parking is at the front of the house. The house has self check in. You will be given a code to access the key prior to your arrival. Other things to note If bookings need to be cancelled due to the government’s Covid restrictions you will receive a full refund from Airbnb or reschedule if you prefer to.
