On one side is the town center, while on the other is a long balcony overlooking the Sangro and Aventino valleys and the mighty Majella, recently declared a UNESCO Geopark, with a breathtaking view. The house is spread over two levels, on the ground floor the living area and a bedroom with bathroom, while on the first floor there are two rooms, each with its own bathroom. 20 minutes from the Adriatic coast and one hour from the top of the Majella. Tranquility, friendly people, and reasonable prices make it an ideal destination for families and groups of friends. --- [ENG] Beautiful manor house, richly decorated, located in the heart of the authentic medieval village of Archi (CH). The house has two floors, with the common areas and a double room with private toilet on the ground floor, and two double rooms with private toilet each on the first floor. Only 20 minutes from the seaside (Adriatic Riviera) and one hour from the top of the Majella mountains with dozens of trekking paths. Calmness, nice people, wonderful food and smart prices make it perfect for families and groups of friends. Guest access On the ground floor: full kitchen with dining area and balcony, living room with sofa bed (queen size) and a double bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One with a double bed and the second with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. N.B. The internal staircase that leads to the first floor is jointly owned with the neighbor, who does not live in the accommodation. The access doors to the ground floor and first floor have a lock to ensure safety and the possibility of closing. ---- [ENG] Ground floor: furnished kitchen with dining area and balcony, living room with sofa bed (120cms, small double), double room with private toilet. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with a private toilet. The first room has a double bed, while the second has two single beds, convertible into a double bed. ATTENTION: The staircase leading to the first floor is a common area with the neighbor who doesn't live there. However, the doors accessing the ground and first floors have locks to guarantee security and it is advisable to lock them when out of the house. Other things to note Full kitchen with dishes and refrigerator, washing machine. Bed linens and towels are included. Parking space in front of the house (one space - not guaranteed/owned) and parking in the square 100m from the accommodation or at the schools (400m). Heating and air conditioning are only available on the ground floor, so in winter only this area can be used (max 4 people - one bedroom + sofa bed in the living room). In the summer months (July-August), the Municipality may suspend the supply of water at night (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) --- [ENG] The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes and tableware. A washing machine is present. Sheets and towels are provided. Parking slot in front of the house (one slot / not privately owned) and parking place in the main square of the village, 100m from the house or by the school (400m). Heating and air conditioning are installed only on the ground floor, so during winter time it is usable only this area (4 ppl maximum: one double room + sofa bed) During summer months (July-August) the Municipality can suspend the water supply at night time (h: 10:00 p.m.-06:00 a.m.).
