You can reach the center of the OT-Bad with the Dünentherme, the pier through a small pine forest within 10 minutes' walking distance. Wi-Fi included. The space The cottage offers you a size of 125 sqm. On the ground floor, a large hallway welcomes you. In the utility room you can store your utensils, such as water or beer crates. From the hallway you can also reach the guest toilet. The living/dining room is spacious, a full HD flat-screen TV is included. The dining room area includes a solid wood table with chairs. As everywhere in the vacation home, you will also find enough space for your utensils. Furthermore, a fireplace awaits you for cozy hours. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You will find a large dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, plenty of dishes and also plenty of space for your supplies. On the 2nd floor you will find 2 bathrooms. The larger bathroom is additionally equipped with a 2nd vanity and a corner bathtub. This bathroom has an exterior window in the dormer. In the second bathroom (Velux window) you will find a washing machine and dryer next to the shower. The 2 bedrooms are spacious. The beds are 2 x 2 m. The furnishings include a large wardrobe, a dresser and 1 flat-screen TV each. Upstairs there is a spacious light-flooded studio where you can retreat wonderfully, with 2 single beds and a cozy sitting area.
