The private pool is 50 m2 (10 m x 5 m), with a deck and surrounding lawn, sun loungers, shower, sunshade, barbecue and dining area. The pool cannot be heated. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, electric stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, citrus juicer, magic wand and all the utensils for preparing and serving meals. It has air-conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a sound system. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and iron. The rooms are very spacious, with large windows and immense natural light. There is a garage with two parking spaces and plenty of private outdoor space, paved with Portuguese sidewalk. The 70 m2 upper terrace lounge is the ideal spot to enjoy magnificent sunsets. The garden and lawns surround the entire house. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house. Other things to note Smoking is allowed, but only outside the house. In terms of safety, the house is equipped with an intrusion alarm, first-aid kit, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and a card with safety information. We care about the environment, so we ask our guests to make conscious use of natural resources. Small gestures such as avoiding wasting water, not leaving the air-conditioning on when not in the house, or not forgetting to turn off the lights can make a big difference to the environment and future generations.
