Independent apartment with all the necessary amenities, located in a gated property, in a very quiet area. In summer, the living rooms are naturally cool and in winter there is heating. The ocean and the city center are a few hundred meters from the rental. All shops and restaurants as well as the beach are close to the apartment whether you are on foot, by bike or by car. The space Spacious accommodation offering a large capacity (7 people). In summer, the bedrooms and living/dining room are naturally cool. Electricity (including heating) and water consumption are included in the rental price. Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation: entrance, toilet, shower room, kitchen, living/dining room, small bedroom (2 beds), large bedroom (3 beds). In spring and summer, a terrace equipped with garden furniture (8 seats), an umbrella and a barbecue is at your disposal. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking but it is possible to smoke outdoors, on the property. With some exceptions, pets are not allowed. Bed linen is not provided but can be made available for €10/bed for the entire stay. Bathroom linens are never provided except for our biker and cyclist friends who have little space on their motorcycles and bicycles. Noise is prohibited between 10pm and 9am in order to respect our tranquility and that of the neighbors, you must occupy the accommodation in a prudent and responsible manner, that is to say in a "reasonable" way.
