What are the check-in / check-out times? A. Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Q. When will I receive the check-in manual? A. It will be automatically sent 5 days before your stay. Please check your message inbox. Q. Can I request additional consumables / toiletries? A. Yes. If needed, please notify us in advance. Staff will deliver them during the day. No delivery after 5:00 PM. Q. Can I store my luggage? A. We offer flexible luggage storage. Please inform us of your arrival time in advance. Q. Is late check-in possible? A. Absolutely! Self check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM. Q. Can I send / receive packages? A. As this is an unmanned facility, you must be available to receive the package yourself. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Q. Is cleaning provided during the stay? A. Please take off your shoes at the entrance.  Keep the volume down after 10 pm. No musical instruments.  Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner, heater when leaving the flat Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use -No pets, drugs, or outsider guests. Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse.  Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish. Please don’t throw garbage outside of the house.
