Our team will do their best to ensure the delivery of the apartment as soon as possible Mandatory reports: Any problems or discrepancies in the apartment must be communicated within 1 hour of arrival to allow timely intervention Waste Management - Separate Collection: To preserve our beloved Land, all the municipalities of Lake Como have arranged the recycling of garbage and must be carried out in the following categories: Glass / Plastic / Paper / Undifferentiated Important: Garbage bags are provided only upon arrival. Any additional bags must be purchased on their own by the guest (transparent format, small size). Kitchen Amenities: Every kitchen is equipped with: Dishwasher gel (if present in the apartment) Soap for washing machine 1 kitchen mop per living room Note: We DO NOT provide paper towels for the kitchen.
