The space The Villa consists of a main body and 2 annexes. The main structure is located on three levels: on the first floor there is 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom with private bathroom and veranda overlooking the garden, dining area and living area; on the second floor two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom with veranda overlooking the garden surrounded by lots of greenery and wisteria flowers, bathroom with whirlpool tub; the attic with two single beds. Each annex consists of 1 bedroom, private bathroom, fridge. Equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, satellite TV, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, kettle, coffee maker, laundry. On the ground floor of the main building, there is another kitchen, also super well-equipped. Nearby are all the necessary services: restaurants, bank, supermarkets, bars, butcher, greengrocer, post office and lots of fresh fish, thanks to the fishermen who sell the catch of the day in the small port. Located a few minutes from the waterfront and the city center of Donnalucata, a hamlet of Scicli, you can get there by means of a path inside the garden, surrounded by lavender plants and citrus trees. Clear and clean sea, beach with very fine sand, free, ideal for families with children, thanks to the shallow waters. The cleaning fee is per week and includes changing bed linens and towels.
