The space Recently renovated house with a light-filled and spacious newly built two bedroom apartment on the top floor in Rozelle, floor space 64m, with own private side gate, entrance & balcony. Two large bedrooms both with queen beds, built in wardrobes and study/makeup nook. Apartment is suitable for 2 couples with two children, but can accommodate 6 adults. As well as the 2 queen beds we also have 2 fold out single beds plus a portable cot if needed. We welcome infants & children but they are charged as guests regardless of age so please include them in your booking as a paying guest. There is space in bedrooms to set up a single bed or cot & the living area can be converted to sleep 2 adults on fold out beds. Please be aware that this is 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom if you are considering booking for 6. Kitchen is fitted out with a fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 element induction hot plate, toasted sandwich machine, pots, pans, utensils & crockery. Washing machine, dryer & drying rack are located in the large bathroom. Air conditioning cools & heats the apartment with split system reverse cycle units in the lounge/dining area & each bedroom. Bifold doors from the lounge open onto a balcony with a bench seat, 2 chairs & table. Linen & Wi-fi access is included. A complimentary welcome pack includes items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, hand soap, shower wash, shampoo, laundry detergent and dishwashing supplies. Location Details: Apartment is a 3 minute walk to the major bus route with a 7 minute bus ride to the city. 100 metres from Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with a smorgasbord of restaurants, wine bars, pubs, bottle store, cafes, convenience store, IGA supermarket, pharmacies, banks, post office, gym, gelato bar, newsagent & clothing shops with a mere 50 metres to Woolworths Metro Supermarket. 15 minute stroll to Balmain Village with heaps of retail shops or a 15 minute walk to the Birkenhead Outlet centre with Aldi & Coles supermarkets & designer clearance shops. Parks, play grounds, weekend markets all within walking distance. 20 minute walk to White Bay Cruise Terminal. 10 minute walk down to the water to the 7km bay walk. Guest access Entire apartment is self contained with separate entrance. Other things to note Check in from 1pm and check out is 10am. We are happy to accommodate same day/last minute check in, Please advise at least 24 hours prior to departure if a late check out is required, we use commercial cleaners who are booked in advance and have an additional charge for changing cleaning schedule. Late check out till is an additional $40 per hour. As this is a quiet residential street we have a strict no party policy & request that guests entry & leave premises in a way not to disturb the neighbours. No smoking inside the apartment but you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed. No pets. Cleaning fee of $180 will apply to all bookings Please note extra persons tariff applies to all children & infants. Please include as paying guests in your total booking numbers. Apartment is child friendly with a door at the top of the stairs & doors to the balcony. Apartment is in a 2 hour parking zone from 8am - 10pm. Which means vehicle is ok from 8.05pm till 10am.
