The space The biggest bedroom has a door hidden by new, beautifully clad, aged pine wood. It offers an ensuite bathroom with shower. Hidden away at the back of the apartment are the two other cosy bedrooms. Both with flexible sleeping options. These share a fancy new bathroom with underfloor heating and electric towel dryer. There is a third bathroom behind the Mystery Room, and also down in the Zen area there's a big, full bathroom (so you aren't short of places to wash!) The kitchen, with solid italian granite surfaces, is well stocked for cooking up big meals, or use some of our utilities like the cheese/meat/chocolate fondue sets... The living room has a huge sofa, and comfy things all round. Laze around chatting and sipping on a glass of wine, with great music playing through our Teufel speakers. Draw the cinema curtains to close yourselves off and get lost in a good film on the massive cinema TV. We have subscriptions to Netflix, Prime Video, and Spotify, so there's a lot to choose from! Behind the curtains is our long dining table, with great views through the long windows. Perfect for catching the rays in the day, and playing one of our vast range of board games at night. Each room has a separate radiator valve that you can turn up and down to suit your heating needs. For the gamers amongst you, in the lobby there's a 2-player retro arcade machine (great for Mario Kart, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, or Tetris battles the good old fashioned way, standing next to each other! The 1000+ game selection should keep you busy.) There is also a coffee maker, a secret whisky globe and a chess board set between the plush armchairs in the lobby. Play some old LPs on the record player, and lose yourself in the timeless classics! There's also an X-Box360 plugged into the projector. In other rooms, Nintendo 64 and SNES should keep you busy too! If you go outside, you also get access to our shared areas (with the Ground Floor & the Penthouse apartments - if they happen to have also been booked): Walk down through the cellar (and rock climbing wall / table tennis room) to get out to the cute little communal garden. There's loungers, outdoor furniture and a large gas BBQ. Go up the wooden stairs for the chillout area with SNES wave above it, multiple showers and ice cold bucket shower. Again, the room has beautiful Harman Kardon speakers, and a lovely stone jungle theme. Through the large panorama windows you can look up directly over the forest behind the house, there's a terrace which catches the morning sun, and is a great spot for that morning coffee! Guest access You will get the entire first floor flat (as described in 'The Space') exclusively for yourselves. You have your own entrance and keys etc. It is a purpose built rental-flat. The flat is 125m2 in size (160m2 if you include the shared Zen room) Other things to note From 1/11/24 the Tourist Tax is being increased to €4.80 per person, per day. There is Limited Parking at the property, so please always mention how many cars you are likely to bring. Guests are required to fill in an online 'Guest Registration Form' - which includes inputting information on all guests, including date of birth and ID details (e.g. Passport number). No single-sex / stag party groups (too loud for the neighbours).
