Lavender is a two bedroom stone built cottage with a modern open plan living space, that sleeps 4 plus cot. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms one with a bath over shower and one with a walk in shower. The open living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and fan assisted oven. The space The high quality shaker style kitchen has solid oak doors finished in porcelain white with black quartz worktop. The open plan living area also has a large six seater teal corner sofa, a 4 seat dining table and a wall mounted 49" 4K UHD Smart TV. One of the bedrooms is a king sized double the other has twin singles that can be made up as a super king sized double upon request. Fresh crisp white linen, 2 fluffy towels per person, oil fired central heating, electricity, and wi-fi is all provided free of charge. A wide range of baby friendly equipment can be supplied on request. There is shared access to laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer), a large indoor swimming pool (heated to 30 degrees), a games room, soft-play area, outdoor play and picnic areas. As a small-scale working farm guests can meet the friendly farm animals: sheep, pigs, chickens and horses; regular talks are arranged for groups that want to learn about the daily farm routine. The 35-acre estate also has a walk through 15-acres of ancient broadleaf woodland, which is alive with wild-flowers, birds and a meandering stream, stunning at any time of the year. Surrounded by unspoiled open countryside, coastal paths and beautiful walks and cycle rides, Bluebell Cottage at Woodlands Manor Farm is the perfect place from which to go and explore the amazing Cornish landscape. The land borders the Coombe Valley (AONB) where the river enters the Atlantic Ocean at our nearest National Trust beach Duckpool, which is 1.5 miles away. Nearby surfing at the local beaches is some of the best in the country and the owners will be happy to arrange surfing lessons on request. There is plenty of off-road parking space and open space for all to enjoy.
