It has a fully fenced yard providing a lovely grass area for the kids to play and alfresco area, with seating and BBQ, for the parents to enjoy! A variety of children's toys, books and DVD's are provided in the home for entertainment. Guest access Off street parking is available for a small vehicle. Ample of free street parking is available. Access is easy with a lockbox located at the residence. Further access details will be provided on the day of your arrival. Other things to note The oil heater featured in the photo of the lounge room is non operational. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner located on the lounge room and main bedroom.
