Distribution: · Ground floor: there is an ample open space with a totally equipped modern kitchen, which opens up to a dining area and a living area; 2 extra people can sleep on the 2 comfortable convertible sofas; from the living area, there is direct access to the private terrace and swimming pool; there is also a bathroom with shower. · 1st floor: there are 2 independent bedrooms with double beds, each of them with a private bathroom; they both open up to a shared balcony; both of them have sea view; 4 people can be accommodated on the 1st floor. Indoor amenities: On both floors, there are large windows and doors for one to admire the breathtaking view from inside the house and have full contact with the outside. The sitting room is furnished with modern sofas, a central coffee table, stylish furniture, a dining room table for 6, TV and DVD player and a safe box. In the bedrooms, there is a large double bed with two nightstands with high quality and stylish linens and bedspreads, matching curtains, wardrobes, dressing tables, mirrors, elegant lighting and modern paintings in all areas. The kitchen is spacious and modern has all the necessary appliances: refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee maker, cooking utensils, modern dinnerware, and glasses. Each room has a separate luxury bathroom with a whirlpool shower or tub, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Other amenities include a washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito screens and electric shutters to protect from the sun. There is free Wi-Fi everywhere in the resort. Outdoor amenities: There are pergolas and sun beds surrounding the swimming pool, with its unique whirlpool feature. The area is ideal for sunbathing, relaxing or swimming.
