I also understand that this list is not exhaustive and that I assume all risks associated with using the pool and property facilities. In consideration of being permitted to use the pool and property facilities, I waive any and all claims that I or my guests, including my next of kin, may have against the Owners/Releasees/Agents arising from the use of the pool or property. I release the Owners/Releasees/Agents from any liability for loss, damage, injury, or expenses, including those caused by negligence. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Owners/Releasees/Agents from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage to third parties arising from the use of the pool or property. I affirm that I am over the age of 18 and accept full responsibility for adherence to all property rules. This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns, and any authorised representatives. I have read and understood this document.
