Located in the historic heart, in one of its most typical streets, you will be quiet while being in the hypercenter close to all amenities and a stone's throw from the cathedral. Matin d'été is a 43 m2 two-room apartment, bright, dual-aspect, with the bedroom overlooking a garden backed by the ramparts. Possibility of accessing the heart of the city by car to unload your luggage before going to park in a free parking lot (8 minutes' walk). The space Apartment in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian area. Ideal for 2 people, and possible up to 4 people with the extra bed in the sofa bed. Very well-equipped accommodation for 2 people maximum. King size bed (180 x 200) composed of two 90 x 200 mattresses with the possibility of converting it into twin beds on request. Beautiful main room with sitting area, dining room, equipped kitchen. Kitchen including: refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, range hood, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vegetable mill, gravy boat. Groceries available (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...) TV Free wi-fi Towels and linens provided I speak English and Italian. PARTIES STRICTLY PROHIBITED Guest access - Entire place at your disposal. - If you come by train, you are a ten-minute walk from the train station. You'll find the route in my photos. - If you come by car, you have the option to drop off your luggage directly at Matin d'été, and then go and park in a free parking lot (8 min walk from Matin d'été). If you prefer, you have the Q Park secure parking at your disposal (Q-Park Hôtel de Ville, 16 Rue Mathurin Régnier). - To access Matin d'été by car in the historic heart of Chartres, the easiest way right now due to construction is to arrive via Place des Épars. To unload your luggage before going to park, here are the directions: - Arrive at Place des Épars, continue a few meters on Boulevard Maurice Viollette, head towards Place du Général de Gaulle then continue towards Place Jean Moulin and arrive in front of the cathedral. There are currently signs that limit traffic, but as "locals" you can enter. - At the terminal, ring the bell to contact the agents and specify that you are going to an Airbnb apartment on Rue des Écuyers, to drop off your luggage. - Once past the terminal, turn left towards the cathedral (Rue de Bethléem), then from the Cloître Notre Dame take Rue des Changes - Continue straight, pass the covered market and then turn left onto Rue de la Porte Cendreuse. Going down, the first street on the left will be Rue des Écuyers. You can park with the warning lights in front of the garbage cans and will only have a few meters to walk. Or back up our street to Matin d'été at number 11. You'll have about ten minutes to unload your car before you park. Other things to note On request: - baby bed and bedding, high chair. For two guests, provision of two twin beds in the bedroom or I can put the two 90 x 200 mattresses together to form a king size bed in the bedroom. There is no option to sleep on the sofa in the living room.
