This extended closure is due to the full replacement of the membrane system beneath the Courtyard, which is required to complete essential structural work. Other things to note ⌂ Parking - Clearance 6’8’’ The secured heated parkade is available for $25 nightly.  ⌂ This home has A/C units in the living room and the bedrooms. ⌂ No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.  ⌂ Base occupancy is 6 adults and max occupancy is 8 adults. The 7th and the 8th adult pay C$35 per night per person.
