Cannes, fisherman's house, charm in Le Suquet

In an old fisherman's house – 2 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from the old port, the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals – charming 2 rooms of 55 m2 in the historic district of Cannes. Large windows and 3 m ceiling height, beams, two fireplaces, bright and east/west facing, small balcony. Exceptional location on Suquet Hill, close to small picturesque restaurants, terraces and antique shops... The space We wanted to focus on space, authenticity, simplicity and the charm of Mediterranean architecture. The apartment was refurbished in 2021 to include all the comforts (air conditioning, towel warmer, Wi-Fi...) while maintaining the spirit of this old fisherman's house (which has kept its period floor tiles). We want to welcome you in pleasant conditions and limit the number of beds for this purpose (3 to 4 people if young children). You will enjoy a large kitchen open to the living room, a dining area with bench, a balcony of about 2 m² to have coffee or an aperitif and a large bathroom with a window letting in the morning sun. In the second half of the afternoon and until the evening, the sun enters the living room and the bedroom. The apartment has a bedroom with a 1.60 m bed (Treca) and a large sofa bed with a 1.60 m mattress in the living room. Rentals for a minimum of three days in summer. Washer-dryer available for stays longer than 5 days. Bedding and towels provided. Possibility of extra linen. Compulsory cleaning (€60). Guest access The apartment is located in the heart of Cannes just minutes from the town hall (and the old port) where there are many bus connections. It is also located about 12 minutes from Cannes train station. For those coming by car, you may be lucky enough to find paid parking on the street. More generally, you can park in the Suquet Forville parking lot (150 meters away) accessible from Rue des Tambourinaires. From there, when you leave the parking lot you will find Rue du Pré.
