Beachfront villa with swimming pool

Beautiful split villa with private large swimming pool, tennis court and steps down to the beach. If you have kids and/or are looking for a great place to relax and enjoy the company of your friends and family this is the right place for you. The space All bedrooms upstairs: 1 master with full bath in the room and 3 additional bedrooms with 1 full bathroom upstairs and 1 full bathroom downstairs, all with showers. All windows have screens (make sure you bring bug spray!!!) and ceiling fans for warm summer nights, although it's recommended to leave windows open (when feasible) because the sea breeze and the sound of the waves are a gift! Guest access You'll have access to the entire house. The swimming pool and the tennis court are shared with the other side of the house, which may or may not have other guests during your stay. Other things to note The villa is split in 2 identical sides, each able to host 8 people. This means that the other side of the house may have other vacationers during your stay. The entire villa is fenced off and has inside gate parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances, coffee machine, plates, cups etc plus washing machine, indoor fireplace and bbq. The house has a tennis court as well. Swimming pool and tennis court are used by both sides of the villa. Please also note: 1- no Wi-Fi 2- there is a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom available for your use for free. No dryer. Clothes will need to be air dried outside. 3- the pool is not heated 4- this is a summer house and as such it does not have heating system.
