All indoor and outdoor spaces have been specifically designed with the discerning holiday maker in mind, where space and comfort are the leading design features of this very special holiday home. It has open plan living areas with views of the pool and waterfront across to the Broadbeach skyline. The living areas open out to the large outdoor entertaining area surrounding the pool giving you plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy waterfront living. There two living areas, an Entertainment Room with pool table a study nook. The home is air-conditioned, has undercover off street parking and lawn area for the kids to play. KITCHEN/OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING This modern, contemporary kitchen is stylish and fitted out with quality appliances and includes a coffee machine and all you need to be a master chef! The outdoor kitchen and BBQ is perfect for those lazy BBQs around the pool. This home on the waterfront is designed for enjoying the outdoors with plenty of space to relax around the sparkling pool. You can fish from the beach or hire a kayak and go exploring. BEDROOMS The Master bedroom has a spacious walk in wardrobe/dressing room, movie star ensuite and doors opening out to a sitting area overlooking the waterfront. It also has a TV. Two other bedrooms also have an ensuite and TV There are six bedrooms in total. There is also another full bathroom.
