Just a two minute walk from the shops, cafes and restaurants and five minutes to the golden sands of Oneroa Beach, it's the perfect location for your Waiheke Island holiday. The space Close to the buzzing village and a short stroll to the turquoise waters of Oneroa Beach, Oneroa Village is a lovingly renovated, character house ideally situated for you to enjoy the delights of island living. The main living area opens out onto a large deck with outdoor lounge area bathed in the afternoon sun. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining with breakfast bar and both indoor and outdoor dining options. The master bedroom with ensuite opens out onto the deck. There is also a second queen bedroom, third bedroom with a single bed & a trundle bed and a shared bathroom. The choice of sunny outdoor living areas and relaxing indoor spaces make this an ideal holiday retreat. Take a short stroll into the village to explore the many shops, galleries and cafes on offer. The large section, outdoor areas (including sandpit) and proximity to the beach make this property perfect for young families. Oneroa Village is central to everything including the Matiatia ferry and many of Waiheke’s award winning restaurants. The Washing machine and dryer are in the shared bedroom. Bedrooms 1 x Queen Bed + Ensuite 1 x Queen Bed 1 x Single Bed + Trundle Bed (for children) Note: the property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Bedding configuration means house suitable for maximum of 5 adults. You can have a 6th guest if it is a child under 12 who can sleep on a trundle bed. Other things to note The house is suitable for a maximum of 5 adults, or 6 pax if a family. There are close neighbours so we do ask you to be considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you wish to entertain more than 6 additional people over & above those on the booking, please discuss your plans with us.
