It is a newly renovated attic located in a building of the early 900 easily reachable by public transport: by metro e bus in 22 min. you are at Linate airport, in 25 min. in Central Station, in 25 min. in Brera and in 16 min. in Piazza Duomo. The space Bright, comfortable and created to make you live a true Milanese experience, the house is located in an area with prestigious commercial activities - such as that of the famous Knam (the king of chocolate) - with several quality restaurants and next to the famous European Institute of Design. With a pleasant walk you will arrive in Piazza del Duomo on foot in just 15 minutes! A 2-step walk from a private garage to book; also a 7-minute walk from home you can rent a car. Guest access In the courtyard of the building there is an elevator that leads up to the third floor; after walking 11 steps you will reach the fourth floor where you will have access to the attic. Other things to note THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED INSIDE A BUILDING WHERE FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN LIVE. PLEASE KEEP QUIET FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM. Recycling is very important. In the house, you will find 2 bins under the sink: 1 for wet waste and the other for unsorted waste. Next to the window, there are 3 more: PAPER-GLASS-GLASS-PLASTIC/METAL. Inside the courtyard, you will find the condominium containers that are for everyone's use... including yours!! For every type of waste you want to throw away. Upon arrival, an identification document will be required for all people staying in the house.
