There is private underground parking with an allocated car park space (one car). There is full access to the exclusive resort facilities including the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts Guest access From the underground secured car park, a lift takes you straight up to the first floor where the apartment is located. Access to the complex facilities are on the ground floor. Other things to note Concierge services and Baby items available for hire (fees apply). Noise restrictions apply as it is part of a building complex with Body Corporate rules. Restricted access only available with key.
