The space Cool in summer and warm in winter with ducted underfloor gas central heating, this is a house for all seasons. Perfectly suited to families and large groups, this spacious, well designed home can comfortably accommodate 10-12 people. In the front part of the house, you will be delighted to find 5 large bedrooms, with high ceilings, period details and polished kauri timber floors, in the front part of the house. You will be impressed with the functionality and spaciousness of the living and dining areas., at the back part of the house. Take full advantage of the well equipped kitchen and enjoy dinner on the grand dining table. Relax in the open planned living area or enjoy the outdoors on either the sheltered front veranda or the rear north-facing sunny deck, overlooking the garden with its abundant birdlife. You will love Grevillea. Guest access You have the entire house to yourselves when you book Grevillea Cottage. The house has 5 bedrooms, which sleep 10-12 persons in total. Bedrooms 1 and 2, each sleep 2-3 persons (with a queen and a trundle bed tucked under). Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5, each sleep 2 (with 2 single beds each). Other things to note The house has a well appointed kitchen: - with cooking and eating utensils (you need to bring your own food stuff or purchase at the major supermarket, open till late, around the corner). - tea and coffee making facilities (tea pots and plunger coffee machines - you need to bring your own tea and coffee); The 2 bathrooms have some basic supplies, but for large groups and for extended stays you may need to supply some more toiletries. The piano is playable but not necessarily tuned. There are books, toys and board games, many shared by ourselves or by previous guests, but we rely on guests to maintain and return all pieces.
