A detached waterfront villa with fantastic views & heated swimming pool (heating is extra, by direct arrangement at £175.00/wk). It is next to Queen's Bay and is between Paphos and coral Bay. Paphos airport is 25 minutes away. The villa is close to transport, restaurants and a big supermarket.You’ll love my place because of the views, the facilities and the outside spaces. It is home from home appreciated by visitors from all destinations. Good for couples of all ages and families (with kids). The space The villa is detached and gated with uninterrupted sea view. It is is built at three levels. The sitting and dining kitchen are open plan and lead to a large covered veranda providing sufficient shade and privacy for guests. Two of the bedrooms are on the top level and have sea views. The other two bedrooms are at the lower level and open onto a veranda through patio doors. Guest access Guests have the use of the whole villa with the exception of two locked stores (one outside and one within the villa) Other things to note Once a booking is confirmed l keep in touch with guests and within the 60 days before the holiday I send detailed road instructions, key safe instructions and pool cover instructions (for those who require pool heating).
