This nagaya was built around 100 years ago and has witnessed the changes of the various eras. Our house "CONTEXTED - 宙 SORA" is a hideaway which remains its historical vestige and has been updated to our existing life today. While utilizing the compact space to the maximum, the big iconic stairs are functioned as floors to step onto, benches to sit on as well as bedrooms. The space ◉ Feature 1: A stylish capsule hotel-style house. It features a long staircase that extends to the ceiling, creating a unique space where you can hang out with friends in various areas, like a jungle gym, despite it being a standalone house. ◉ Feature 2: 70-inch home theater. Comfortable for 8 people. Experience the immersive power of movie theater-like films even while traveling. ◉ Feature 3: With full kitchen facilities and a spacious dining table, you can comfortably prepare meals for a large group and live like at home even while traveling. ◉ Feature 4: Renovated modern Japanese design while retaining the flavor of Japanese architecture from 100 years ago. Other things to note 4 negative aspects of Contexted: We have both positive aspects to be proud of and negative aspects we'd rather keep hidden. We believe that by openly sharing all information, you can make reservations with greater peace of mind. Here are four negative aspects of Contexted: ❶This house is traditional Japanese house which is tiny for foreigner.(60m2) even we maximize the space, please understand the we live in such a way as Japanese. ❷Due to its 100-year-old construction, this traditional farmhouse may have less soundproofing compared to modern homes. ❸It is located a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Taking a taxi is also recommended. ❹There will be no interaction with other guests. Our villa is not a hotel that promotes "interaction" like a guest house. We hope you will spend time with your friends and family. Other considerations ●Check in & check out time is strict. Please make sure to leave the House by 11:00 am, as our cleaning staff will come to clean up the room. ●No Smoking inside the HOUSE ●Please Take off your shoes when you get in the house ●No pets ●Separate the garbages ●Please keep noise down after 9pm ●Respect check in time. ●We made handrails for hallway in 2nd floor for safety reason, although we do not take any responsibility when any accidents occurs while our guests stay in our house.
