Villa Klang sea view villa is perfect for a family or group of 6 persons. Bedrooms on the 2nd floor each feature walk-in wardrobes, a coffee-station with a refrigerator, and private ensuite bathrooms. The open plan living room with modern kitchen, dining area for 6, and a TV area that leads on to the terrace and pool area. All rooms are air-conditioned. Located in Choeng Mon it represents the very definition of contemporary living with its modern and sharp style. Book the holiday you deserve! The space As you enter the villa through the private entrance you are greeted by the panoramic sea view overlooking the blue ocean and the infinity pool. Enjoy the spectacular sea views from the built-in seating inside the pool, relax on the whitewashed sundeck in the comfortable sunbeds, or in the landscaped garden enjoying the sun from early morning until late afternoon. The minimalistic kitchen is equipped with all essentials plates, pans cups, and wine glasses. The living, dining, and kitchen are air-conditioned and feature ceiling fans. Appliances in place are dishwasher drawer, integrated fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, integrated hob, hood, and washing machine. There is a guest bathroom on the 1st floor. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the villa. The master bedroom features a garden view with a sunset balcony, king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and internet. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom features panoramic sea views, ensuite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and can be arranged with two separate twin beds or with one king bed. Both rooms have a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet. All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, dressing table, a coffee-station, and minibar. Bathrooms are equipped with double sink (bedrooms 1 and 3) or single sink (bedroom 2) and suspended WC. The showers features led lit rain shower, handheld shower, and thermostatic control for the temperature of the water. The Villa is cleaned, with the changing of bedsheets and towels every 3- 4 days. Bathrooms are equipped with our own brand -complementary locally manufactured coconut rice soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There is also a garden terrace and private garage. We can place extra beds upon request at an extra charge of 3800 THB per night. Guest access Choeng Mon Beach is only a 10-15 min walk and a 5 min drive away where on top of the lovely exotic beach, you can also find a wide range of charming restaurants, bars, and shops. At your disposal in the clubhouse, you have guest services available every day that may assist you to book an in-house massage, tours, transportation, car reservations, etc. You will receive detailed information after you have made your reservation. You enjoy complimentary access to the fully equipped gym. The tennis court you may book at a charge of 200​ THB​ per​ hour​ during day​ time​ and​ 300​ THB​ per​ hour​ from​ 6 pm, both located in the Horizon Villa clubhouse 3 min walk from the villa. Extra cleaning service and/or chef service can be requested upon arrival at the clubhouse and is available at an extra charge. Other things to note A unique quality about the Samui Bluewater Villa's is the 24h per day security with security staff and guards constantly ensuring that everything is in order in the area for the best stay for you and your loved ones. The community is also gated and at each entrance, you will find friendly guards working every hour of the day. When booking monthly rate, electricity and water are not included, this will be charged on a weekly basis according to consumption. Bathrooms are equipped with our own brand -complementary Samui - manufactured coconut rice soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Shower Gel - Sugar derived surfactants provide a rich and creamy foam while gently cleansing the skin and respecting its natural pH. Next to Aloe Vera and provitamin B5, a wheat protein/honey complex provides excellent skin moisturizing benefits. Next to providing a deep moisturizing effect, provitamin B5 and Aloe Vera lubricate the hair giving it a healthy, shiny look. Water-soluble olive oil provides further detangling and anti-irritation benefits. Hair Conditioner - A tick, lush buttery cream packed with shea butter, jojoba oil, and rice bran oil to replenish worn out hair. Phospholipids and sunflower oil nourish and restructure the hair fiber and its anti-oxidant properties protect it from external aggressions. The repaired hair will be easier to comb from roots to end.
