Typical Burgundy house, located at the gates of the Morvan, a region rich in heritage, nature, gastronomy and wines (Vézelay, Irancy, Chablis, St Bris vineyards) The space The house, completely renovated, is part of a 19th century farmhouse. With an area of 90 m2, it includes - on the ground floor: a kitchen and a living/dining room - upstairs a hallway serves two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. Ground floor The kitchen is convenient and fully equipped: countertop, tables and chairs, oven, induction hob, refrigerator. It is open to the living/dining room: sofa, dvd player, radio. 1st floor Corridor- Sofa area Bathroom (sink, bathtub, washing machine) and separate toilet. Bedroom 1: one 140 double bed + dressing room Bedroom 2: one 140 double bed The cleaning fee includes the rental of sheets, towels, tea towels and cleaning of the cottage at the end of the stay. You can enjoy the space in front of the house to have an aperitif or grill: tables, chairs and barbecue are at your disposal. The house is heated by a heat pump/ air heater (underfloor heating on the ground floor, radiators upstairs). Guest access The house is entirely yours.
