The kitchen features a stunning marble bench and high end appliances including Falcon Professional 6-Burner gas stove with double ovens, providing the perfect place for entertaining family and friends. Five bedrooms are offered, all very generous in size, as well as a substantial, dedicated home office on the lower level. Upstairs boasts a stunning master suite with a sun-filled sitting area, brand new ensuite and an upstairs balcony. 3 other bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. The home is kept comfortable and warm with ducted heating and also offers the ambience of cosy wood heating options. Options for entertaining are plentiful with a gorgeous terrace at the rear that flows from the dining room as well as a covered veranda at the front of the home, ideal for taking in the afternoon sun and watching the MONA ferry pass by. We have air-conditioning in the living-kitchen-dining and downstairs office areas. We have a ceiling fan in the master bedroom along with wall panel heating. We have pedestal fans that can be used in the other bedrooms along with panel heating. The master bathroom has underfloor heating and the main upstairs bathroom has a heated towel rail with the option of a fan heater. There is a seperate apartment on the same property.
