The space This family home, built in the '70s then redesigned, opened and renovated in 2020 to open to the outside, live outside and enjoy the Mediterranean brightness but where everyone can find their corner of privacy. The house has 2 bright double bedrooms, a spacious master suite and an attic room for a return to childhood in a dormitory spirit. A large friendly equipped kitchen around its central island open to its shaded terrace and garden, babyfoot, ping pong table, mini billiards, trampoline, a bowling alley, a basketball basket and a fish pond. Two living rooms, a cozy one with library and TV and a very bright second, open to a very large covered terrace. The neat decoration gives it a relaxing atmosphere in the rooms and living areas where Street and Pop Art meet. In the garden a heated pool to laze and a shaded spa area. For aperitifs, the large covered terrace in the living room and dinners with friends on the kitchen terrace. Shaded of course! All out of sight! The house is pleasant in all seasons, it stays cool in summer because it is air-conditioned in all the rooms. It is very cozy in the winter (the air conditioning is reversible) with its masterful fireplace.
