VillaSerenita is located in the Ajaccian hinterland, 3 minutes by car from shops, 6 km from the airport, the first beaches and the city center. The space VillaSerenita is south-facing and not overlooked. It sleeps 12, divided into 4 bright bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 independent toilets spread over 250 m2. In the garden, a heated swimming pool (7 m x 3 m depth from 0.90 m to 1.40 m) heated (depending on the period) with two large submerged beaches and a solarium area with 10 sun loungers. The pool access is secured by a closed gate. A covered and secluded Jacuzzi. Covered terraces: the kitchen and living room have direct access to the terraces (150 m2 including 100 m2 covered) which offer an additional dining area (with plancha).
