Our open plan kitchen, living and dining area offers a space to congregate in or retreat to 1 of 2 TV lounges to relax and unwind after a day on the breathtaking Llandudno beach. The space *Your own private Villa* Upon arrival and a walk down the stairs from the entrance your breath will be taken away by the over 180-degree view of the mountain and sea, it is a true WOW factor! On the ground floor you will find the garage and outside parking. You will enter and walk down to the first floor. The first floor is very modern and open plan with a kitchen center island, a seating area and a dining area. Behind the kitchen is the scullery and just to the left a very large TV room with a wood burning fire place for cold winter nights. The floor to ceiling windows creates the feeling of space and openness. You can exit onto the veranda and from there you can go down to the garden where you will find a pool and an amazing boma area with a pizza oven, barbecue and dining area. You will spend most of your time outside lapping up the views and jumping in and out of the pool on a hot summer days. Downstairs is where all the bedrooms are which exit off another large tv lounge open area. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen size extra length beds, one bedroom has a queen bed and the main room has a king size bed. The main bedroom has an adjacent office with a work space that you can make use of or used as a nursery should it be required. Off the tv lounge space you can head straight outside through bi-fold doors directly to the garden and pool. Our kitchen has all Smeg Appliances - double oven, double door fridge, dishwasher, integrated microwave and integrated under counter bar fridge TV lounges have access to Netflix, show max and DSTV (this has all the sport channels) One of the best beaches in Cape Town is a 5 minute walk down the hill. Here you can sun tan, swim and surf. *note: a complementary cleaning service will be offered during your stay Guest access You will have access to the entire house. There is a storeroom under the stairs which will be locked.
