The apartment L 'étoile de l 'Alpe is a crossing duplex located on the top floor of the Edelweiss building (Plan D6/E6). The terrace is located due south facing the valley. The apartment, completely refurbished, is classified 4* by the tourist office and has received the "Quality renovation" label for its renovation. The space --> From February 4 to March 3 bed linen and towels are included in the rental rates. Ideally located, with skiing back, this apartment will seduce skiers but also the rest of the family with high-end amenities so that everyone can fully enjoy their vacation regardless of their winter and summer activity. We have given this 3 bedroom apartment (with individual bathrooms) a chic, cocooning but also functional spirit so that everyone can find serenity and pleasure. In duplex on the 5th and last floor, you enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley, without any overlook, which you can contemplate thanks to its balcony facing south and fully equipped (Acapulco armchairs, bar chairs, table...). For cyclists the balcony is located on the finish line of the Tour de France:-) The apartment can accommodate 8 people in fixed beds to which is added 1 extra pull-out bed, distributed in 3 bedrooms. Each room has its own shower, sink, towel dryer, TV and window. 2 bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds (160), the 3rd is composed of 4 beds (2 bunk beds (2*90) and a pull-out bed (2*80) ideal for children). The children's room is quietly isolated upstairs. The kitchen open to the living room with south facing views of the mountains offers all amenities of comfort: dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven, microwave, induction plate, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, teapot, fondue machine, raclette machine, pancakes party. Books, comics and board games are at your disposal for quiet and family moments. Wifi and a Netflix account are also available. Parking on the ground floor as well as a private garage (bicycles, ski, electric dryer for boots and ski gloves...) are available and are accessible even in snowy weather. A secure ski locker is also available in the building. Free parking is possible in front of the condominium or in the public car park down the street. Ideally located next to the shops (in front of the restaurant La crémaillère) and the tourist office (ideal for the purchase of packages) all errands are on foot. The ice rink, the heated outdoor pool and the festive centre of the Alpe are within walking distance. Possibility to start from the ski building via the chairlift of the great safe (140m) to climb to the Signal, or to take the eggs of the Alpe Express (240m) to reach the Shepherds or the telecentre (140m) to reach the big redheads. You will be able to spend your stay without using your car. We will provide you with a code to benefit from tips on a whole range of activities in the estate. Following request, you will receive the owner code to present to the partners (rental companies, activity organizers and restaurants of the resort). Services included in the rental: End of stay cleaning is included, however, we count on you to respect the place and leave the apartment in the state where you will have found it. The cleaning costs at the end of the stay include the general cleaning of the apartment; they do not include the daily maintenance inherent in its use: washing dishes, evacuation of garbage cans, minimum cleaning of toilets. --> During the 4 weeks of French holidays in February bed linen and towels are included in the rental rates. For the rest of the year bed linen and towels are not included: you can either come with or rent them on request from the concierge who manages the apartment and who will contact you directly before your arrival. Arrival and departure 24h/24 by key box. Other things to note Parking at the foot of the building is possible We have a large private garage accessible, even in snowy weather, with: - a car parking space - a closed cupboard of 7m2 for your equipment (bicycles, ski with electric dryer for shoes and ski gloves...)
