Guests are greeted with breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the majestic surrounding mountains. Just a minute's walk from the street via stairs, this residence offers an ideal balance of privacy and tranquility, while still being conveniently close to Locarno’s vibrant attractions. A bus stop and grocery store are within walking distance, ensuring easy access to essential amenities. Designed to accommodate 2-4 guests comfortably, Casa Rondinella features sunny terraces and lush garden spaces that invite relaxation and enjoyment. With a one minute walk by stairs you are away from the street and have a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains in the distance. Casa Rondinella is only a few minutes by car to Locarno, there is a bus stop nearby and a grocery shop about 5 minutes walk from the house. Casa Rondinella has sun almost all day! All the rooms have an exit to the terrace and the garden, which has sunbathing areas. This lovely house impresses due to its layout - all rooms, terraces and garden are on one level. Please note: Casa Rondinella is only accessible by stairs. Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons. Room layout: 1 living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom/WC with double washbasin, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 separable beds, 1 small room with a washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in Casa Rondinella. Smoking is not allowed in Casa Rondinella. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Casa Rondinella has public parking spaces about 200mt from the house (we provide a parking card). Please note: A private parking space for your car is NOT guaranteed, as the parking spaces are in public parking zones.
