Guest access The CopaView Beach House is a luxury property specifically designed for relaxation, holidays and entertainment perfect for family groups, small corporate functions and retreats and for friends wanting to share time together. We have a LOW NOISE POLICY - it is not a 'party house' and we ask that guests are mindful of the care taken to create a unique space to be enjoyed and also respected. Therefore please keep noise to a minimum especially after 10pm and respect our neighbours privacy. Payment constitutes acceptance of our Rental Agreement and these conditions. After you have settled in please call me so that I can run through some particulars of the property and answer any questions you may have. We also cater to special interest groups (please enquire) and as all King beds can be split into 2 extra long single beds the house is perfect for people who want their own bed. We ask that guests and any visitors abide by our strict regulations and booking conditions, or face eviction and loss of bond/additional charges. No smoking within the house. All bedding (quality sheets, doonas, blankets, pillows and pillow cases) and bath towels are supplied. and beds made up according to your directions. Beach towels are available to hire for an additional $15 per towel. If you fancy having your own personal chef to prepare a meal, or a special dinner nearby, or perhaps some extra pampering by a local masseuse or beautician just let me know.
