This is a spacious apartment with two kingsize beds, a sofa bed-suited and Wi-Fi. There is also a dishwasher and a washing (and dryer) machine. Via Altinate is perfect for all Padua has to offer, with endless amenities on your doorstep. You need nothing because everything is around you. Cozy place, renovated and furnished in 2019 on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for our American guests, 45 steps) of an ancient building (sorry, no lift/elevator) in the real heart of Padua. 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 double bedrooms with duvet cover, relaxing memory foam mattresses and wardrobe. Kitchen is complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, modern induction plates and electric oven. There are also Lavazza A modo Mio and Nespresso coffee machines, Smeg toaster, kettle and various pots. Plus a Smart TV with Netflix and, of course, there is free Wi-Fi. In the living room facing on the private terrace there is a sofa bed 140x200 (Queen Size) for 1-2 guests. You won't need any public transportation when staying here as everything is in walking distance. Before your arrival we can book for you a fast and private transfer from (or to) Venice Airport for 2 people (car) or up to 6 people (van). Ask me for details via message here on Airbnb. From 2024, Venice Airport can also be reached directly by bus from Padua (the journey takes approximately 45 minutes). 🚗 Parking without worries For the entire duration of your stay, you will have a reserved parking space in a fenced, well-lit, and guarded car park, just 250 meters from the apartment. A rare privilege in the historic center: you can arrive comfortably, unload your luggage, and forget about the car until departure — or have it ready at any time for day trips, without the stress of looking for a spot or worrying about safety. 📍 So much to see and experience in Padua! Admire the Scrovegni Chapel, Giotto’s absolute masterpiece, also open on summer for evening visits for an even more magical atmosphere. You’ll also have a free parking spot in a secure parking, less than 250 meters from the apartment. It’s valid from 12:00 on check-in day until 12:00 on check-out day.
