Thalassa is a three-story villa, with unlimited view of the Aegean Sea. Ideally located at just 600 meters away from the centre of Chora, the Capital of Ios, it is perfect for your stay at the island. Kolitsani beach is also really close to the house, just a 10-minute walk via pathway. (Total area of villa : 189m2) The traditional aesthetic and thoughtful design of the villa, along with all the modern amenities offered will guarantee a pleasant and confy experience for families and couples. The space The main entrance of the house leads to a spacious living room with a built-in couch and an elegant built-in fireplace. On this floor you can also find a fully equipped, country-style kitchen of the finest quality and a smaller sitting area with a 43-inch smart TV. A charming terrace featuring a covered, sitting area with an amazing view of the sea can also be found on this level. (Area of floor: 64m2) Moving up from this floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a built-in queen size bed and the second one has both a queen aize and a single bed. These rooms are also decorated with carefully-crafted arches and provide ample closet space. This floor also offers a spacious balcony with an excellent view. (Area of floor: 50m2) The villa’s remaining floor consists of a large living room with three built in sofas/beds, a small kitchen and a storage room. This floor can easily host three guests and has access to the garden via a separate entrance. (Area of floor: 75m2) Each floor has each own uniquely designed bathroom, with beautiful, Italian, hand-made sinks. Two out of three bathrooms have built-in showers. Furthermore, the villa equipped with underfloor heating, A/C and traditional wooden ceilings. The villa is surrounded by a beautifully shaped garden with stone-built terraces.
