This 120m² cottage offers 4 bedrooms each equipped with a bathroom with shower or bathtub, sink and private toilet. It can thus accommodate up to 8 people in complete privacy. The cottage in the heart of the garden with a shared heated swimming pool view (June to September) is hidden from view and allows you to benefit from total autonomy. This cottage has central heating at NO SUPPLEMENT. The space Its privileged location in the heart of the historic town allows access in a few minutes on foot to all the shops, covered market and restaurants as well as a geographical influence to discover the exceptional diversity of La Vendée between ocean beaches and Vendée bocage. , between cities such as La Rochelle or Les Sables d'Olonne and Marais Poitevin. But also the many magnificent tourist sites, such as the Puy du Fou and its incomparable and unique sound and light show. Guest access The entire Eglantier gîte is available, with its large shaded terrace, shared garden area and 18-meter-long waterfall... and of course the heated swimming pool (June to September), shared with the guest rooms of Villa des Roses. Other things to note DURATION OF STAY For any request for a stay of less than 1 week, please feel free to send us a message. COTTAGE CAPACITY No additional guests (adults or children) beyond the cottage's capacity (8 people) will be accepted. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of 500 € in cash, which will not be cashed, will be required upon your arrival. It will be refunded or destroyed (at your choice) within the week following your departure. NOISE This cottage is perfect for families or friends, but always with strict respect for the neighbors. No parties will be allowed. CLEANING Cleaning must be done before departure according to the cleaning instructions sheet. If you do not wish to clean at the end of your stay, we offer a cleaning service for 120 €, to be paid on-site. COTTAGE CÂLIN OPTION Upon request, we offer the "Cottage Câlin" option, which includes a baby cot with mattress, mattress protector, baby fitted sheet, high chair, bath tub, and changing cushion, for 15 €. LINEN RENTAL Towels: 12 €/person (the kit includes 1 large towel and 1 small towel). BEDS MADE OPTION Upon request, we can prepare the beds for your arrival for 15 €/bed/stay.
