New, modern apartment / vacation home in a very quiet green location. (Bochum South / EBZ & Ruhr University easily accessible). The apartment is completely barrier-free and has its own entrance. Luxuriously equipped, furnished with a lot of love for detail, stylish & very cozy. The apartment consists of a large living-dining room with kitchen, separate bedroom, hallway and bathroom. NON-SMOKING apartment !!! Pets (only by prior request!) may be possible. The space In the living area you will find a cozy sofa with chaise longue and also a small minibar. The sofa serves as a 3rd sleeping place for a short stay. The smart TV has an integrated DVD player (Netflix/Amazon can be used with your own access data). In addition, there is a small workplace if the office can't wait ;-) The open design kitchen with dining area for 2 people is equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic range, oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle and many more useful things. Of course, there is also plenty of emergency pasta (if you arrive late) and spices. Upon arrival and to enjoy, a free selection of tea and coffee as well as a DéLonghi Nespresso Citiz & Milk are available. The stylish bathroom has various light sources, so the large, barrier-free rain shower really offers wellness and relaxation. In addition to cozy towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, Kleenex and a hair dryer are available. There is also a friendly bright bedroom with double bed (linens included), large wardrobe and additional chest of drawers. For special comfort, the apartment is equipped with electric shutters and floor heating. The whole apartment is suitable for babies / toddlers; all sockets up to a height of approx. 120 cm are equipped with child safety locks, all rooms are at ground level, so that there are no tripping edges. There is enough space for a travel crib. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment free of charge (against a copy of your ID and user agreement). Guest access The apartment is a self-contained residential unit. Parking: On request, parking is possible directly in front of the apartment (for a fee). In addition, parking is available within a radius of about 50 meters on the street. On request / for longer stays, it is possible to use the washing machine and dryer (for a fee). Other things to note Out of consideration for all subsequent tenants, this is a NON-SMOKING apartment!
