This lovely three-bedroom townhouse is spread across 3 floors and comes with a lovely patio. The home benefits from a bright kitchen right on the ground floor. The first floor features the living area and the master bedroom and the second and last floor hosts two additional bedrooms. Each floor has its own bathroom as well (one en-suite) We are located just next the beautiful South Park area and close the restaurants and grocery stores - all within walking distance! The space This home has been recently refurbished in a classic, modern style and benefits from new furniture and interiors. The kitchen is located on the ground floor and it comes fully equipped and ready for guests to use. It also comes with a cosy breakfast table and opens up to a private and cosy patio, ideal to enjoy drinks or meals together during warmer days. Next to the kitchen is a small toilet for added convenience. On the first floor, guests will find a warm and bright living with plenty of space for all guests. It comes with a nice sofa and BIG TV, the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring Oxford. The sofa can be turned into a sofa bed, sleeping 2 additional guests. Just off the living room, you will find the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an en suite. The master bedroom also has the added benefit of overlooking the patio and lots of natural light. The other two bedrooms are located on the second and top floor. It is important to note that the roof on the top floor is slanted, more so in the smaller bedroom so please do mind your head. You will also find the family bathroom on this floor complete with bath and shower. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done whilst visiting. Other things to note Early Check-in and Late Check-Out Policy We understand that sometimes circumstances require a little more flexibility when arriving or leaving, so we offer the possibility of an early check-in and/or late check-out, subject to availability. However, please note the following charges apply: Early Check-In Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof before the standard check-in time (3pm). Late Check-Out Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof beyond the standard check-out time (11am). To ensure smooth transitions for all our guests, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you anticipate needing an early check-in or a late check-out. If this causes an inconvenience to incoming or outgoing guests, we may need to decline the request. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
