First Floor: A warm and bright living room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed to sleep two additional guests. A 50-inch TV for movie nights. The master bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Second Floor: Two additional bedrooms. The main family bathroom, complete with both a bathtub and a separate shower. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire three-story townhouse. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living area, and the private outdoor patio. Other things to note Slanted Ceilings: Please be aware that the roof on the top floor is slanted, particularly in the smaller bedroom. We advise guests to be mindful of their head in this area. Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy: We are happy to offer flexibility with your arrival and departure times, subject to availability. Please note the following: Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Early Check-In Fee: £15 for every additional hour (or part thereof) before the standard 3pm check-in. Late Check-Out Fee: £15 for every additional hour (or part thereof) beyond the standard 11am check-out.
