This large fourth-floor apartment offers a breathtaking view of the Duomo. Located in a building with elevator in Via del Corso 12, it is just a two-minute walk to the Duomo and within walking distance to all other tourist attractions. It features three bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a relax area and two bathrooms with a shower. Ideal for a family or a group of friends. The space Suite Corso 12 has three bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and two with a king size bed each ( one of them with a private bathroom with shower) and one featuring two single beds. While each room has a stunning view of the Duomo, the kitchen overlooks the picturesque rooftops of the Florentine skyline. The balcony with the view of the Duomo is an ideal place for a breakfast to begin each of your days in Florence in a very special way. The suite is wonderfully exposed to sunlight. The space is modern, yet cozy, thanks to its beautiful furniture in Italian romantic style, parquet floor and high wood beamed ceilings which give it additional charm. There are elegant closets in each bedroom at the guests’ disposal. The apartment is on a fourth floor and has a convenient private elevator which reaches the balcony of one of the bedrooms. Of course, the stairs are also available for those who enjoy some exercise. There is a flat screen TV to chill in front of after an exciting day and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. You’ll feel comfortable regardless of the season, as the space is equipped with air conditioning, heating and has double glazed windows. Florence is a very safe city but for additional sense of comfort, we have provided the apartment with an alarm. The spacious living-dining area features a table which easily accommodates up to six people. For those who love to cook, there is a full open concept kitchen conveniently equipped with modern appliances such as: a stove, a fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, and all the necessary utensils. There is also an electric kettle to make your tea and a Nespresso machine with a fair amount of pods provided by us so that you can enjoy your morning coffee just as you like it. The luminous, large bathroom has everything you need: it features a shower, a wash basin, a toilet and a bidet. There is also a hair dryer. and the second bathroom is inside the room with the balcony. In addition, the apartment is equipped with a washer-dryer machine. There are also an iron and an iron board at your disposal. All the essentials are provided. This comprises: a set of clean hand and body towels, fresh linens for every guest, as well as toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and soap. The location of the apartment is amazing and couldn’t be more convenient. You are in the heart of Florence, immersed in the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere of the historic city center. The city’s best cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and galleries are all around you! And you are of course only steps away from Florence’s iconic landmarks such as the stunning Cathedral with its ever-famous Duomo and the recently renovated Baptistry. The imposing Palazzo Vecchio is also a stone’s throw away, as are the Uffizi gallery, the Santa Croce square, the picturesque Ponte Vecchio bridge and many, many more. Last but not least, it’s very easy to get to the main train station, Santa Maria Novella. It’s a fifteen-minute walk from your apartment and you can comfortably and cheaply travel to so many destinations! You won’t get lost with us, as we provide you with a custom map where all the important tourist attractions, supermarkets, as well as a selected number of recommended restaurants and bars are clearly indicated. The location of your apartment is also clearly marked and we have included some tips which will allow you to experience and enjoy the city like a local. Other things to note A few important things: • It’s very important that you communicate your arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival date so we can manage to meet you at the apartment on time. • The check-in is available from 15:00 till 23:00. I will be myself available for check-in. After that time, between 23:00 and 1:00 am there will be an extra cost of 30,00 € for an external person to complete your check-in. • The check-out is anytime before 10:00 am. Just leave the key in the apartment and be sure you collect all your belongings before you close the main door. • Luggage storage before check-in: Free. starting from 12:30 am at the apartment. Only if accorded 24 hours prior. •Luggage storage on check-out day: 15,00 € We offer you the possibility to leave your luggage in the apartment on the morning of the check-out (anytime before 10:00 am), in case you plan on leaving Florence later in the afternoon/evening. We will take care of moving your bags safely to our office where you will be able to collect them at a pre-arranged time. We charge: 15,00 € as a single payment for all your luggage • A copy of the passport for non UE guests or ID for EU citizens will be requested at check in for registration. • It's strictly forbidden to smoke in this apartment. •It's not allowed to host external persons without authorization and registration. •It's absolutely forbidden by the Italian law to make noise or disturb the neighbors after 23:00 .
