One of the many features of this property is the large deck with a 3rd toilet, large 12 seater outdoor setting and spa overlooking Fog Bay. This property is very family orientated and has been specifically set up for this purpose. An air-conditioned cubby house and a second spa is under the house. 2 self contained cabins sleep an extra 8 guests. The space A beautifully appointed elevated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom modern home, with WiFi. Situated on the cliff front of Mermaid Circ, Dundee Beach. One of the many features of this property is the large deck with a 3rd toilet, large 12 seater outdoor setting and spa overlooking Fog Bay. A few day beds/ hammocks are set up under the house if you wish to kick back and relax. A second spa is under the house. An outdoor shower is situated near the back stairs with hot and cold water if you would like to wash off sand ect before proceeding upstairs to enjoy the comforts of this beautiful house. An air conditioned cubby house is near the house for your kiddies to enjoy. This house is very family orientated and has been set up specifically for this purpose. The house sleeps 8 comfortably and is fully equipped for you to enjoy your stay. Features include, open plan kitchen dining and living area. The kitchen has all the electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans that you need. A large side by side fridge freezer, microwave and modern stove are also available in the kitchen. The dining area has a large six seater dining table and chairs. The Living area has a large comfy lounge suite and TV. The main bedroom has a king size double bed with an ensuite, which includes large shower and bath tub overlooking the water. The main bathroom has a double shower and double hand basins. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two bunk single beds. The house has ceiling fans throughout and is fully air conditioned. The property also has 2 cabins which sleep 4 in each comfortably and are fully self-contained. These can be included, if needed, for an extra cost of $360 for 2 cabins per night or $220 per night for 1 cabin. A refundable damage deposit of $100 will also apply. Terms and conditions: Rental fee-$520 per night for eight people, in the house, with a minimum of two nights stay, we encourage 3-4 night bookings on long weekends. A refundable damage deposit of $500 applies for the house and $600 for house with cabins. This will be due with your final payment, which is refunded within 7 days after the completion of your stay provided there is no damage above and beyond what is considered normal wear and tear. Deposit-We require a deposit of $520 for the house which is due within 7 days from time of booking to hold your reservation. Final Payment- Final payment (less deposit) is to be made 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Cancellation-Should you need to cancel (for good reasons), we require at least one week prior to the date booked. Check in time- After 2pm on the day of your arrival. This time will be changed to after 3pm if guests are leaving the same day as your arrival. Check out time-By 10.00am on the day of your departure.
